Champneys an iconic brand within the spa industry since 1925, were keen to attract a new fresh audience to their resorts and products.
We approached this challenge by updating a couple of areas of the brand, whilst also adding some new products into their collection.
The items proposed were all part of the Euphoria starter pack, with the aim of intriguing the new audience with taster products. With the packaging, whilst we wanted to retain the fresh clean feel of the brand, we also wanted to introduce an engaging new print design. A new tone of voice for these products was also created to give a more playful and youthful feel.
We were also keen to improve the consumers relationship with the brand and therefore created an app so that Champneys could have a 24/7 connection with their audience.
